This is my blog that I have been working on since last October. I write about current events in the economy and the financial world, as well as some investment insight. I try to take complex issues and break them down in a way that someone without a financial background can understand. I have an “Obama Index” of stocks that I created to track how well Obama’s policies are working (or at least how well the stock market thinks they are working). I also have been working on a recession timeline that has most of the important events that have lead the economy to where it is today.
